Fine Arts Academy Worship Choir Workshop
Anyone interested in Singing praises to God? If you are at least 16 years of age and love to sing then this is for you!
Starting this fall the Fine Arts Academy of Belmont will be starting a worship choir. Under the direction of Mr. Kyle Matheney, the Worship choir will strive for excellence in offering up praise to God! Mr. Matheney will be teaching how to blend while singing with others as well as different vocal techniques to help improve your individual singing through warm-ups and various other vocal tips. No musical training is required!
It is the view of the academy that the worship choir be similar to that of a church choir in that there will also be times of praise, prayer, and devotion. It is the goal of the worship choir to give our gifts and talents of singing as an offering unto God who has blessed us with the talent of singing so that He may be glorified through our worship.
There will be a preview of the music for this fall session on Thursday August 29th at 6:30pm til 8pm at First Baptist Church of Belmont. Price is 10 dollars per person per session plus a registration fee. This fall there will be 10 sessions. Price includes the cost of music and childcare for children under 12.
